We invite everyone to join RAMP as a volunteer as this will increase our membership numbers which will have a positive effect on potential funding.
Interested in sitting on the board or committees?
The 2023/24 season has seen the introduction of the Team Manager position for all programs within Vortex Water Polo.
The Interim Board is looking for individuals to take on this role for both, or ideally each, of the 15U teams. Please see the attached description of duties for the Team Manager.
This role is imperative to the operation of the club and provides necessary support to the board to facilitate travel for our athletes. Without anyone or a group of individuals, doing the work of this position, our athletes may not be able to attend out-of-town tournaments. With no one dedicated to planning and organizing the travel, the work falls on the current board members, who are finding it difficult to manage the work of their assigned board positions, plus these additional duties.
If you have time to help with organizing travel, please let us know. The Interim Board will support and guide you as you learn the role. The 17U Team Manager, Brent Mackin, has also offered to mentor and assist anyone who comes forward to take on this role. He has created a spreadsheet that he will gladly share to get you started.

We will be setting up a recruitment/info table at Pan Am Pool on Sundays in November during the school league games.
Volunteers are needed to hang out at the table, provide info and chat with potential new members.
